Available for youth from three years old to 8th grade,
Sunday School is in session September through May
during the 10:30 a.m. worship hour.
Our "Worship on Wednesdays" time for youth is in session September through May. We have groups for children from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
KFCs (Kindergarten through 2nd grade)
Kids for Christ (KFC) is the grouped directed to our youngest kids,
Kindergarten through 2nd grade. It has just recently been developed so the group is still defining itself.
Youth will have the opportunity to develop friendships within a community of faith.
Meets 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, September - May
May hold outings throughout the year as a means of fellowship outside the church
M&Ms (3rd through 5th grade)
Marty's Maniacs continues the bonding started in KFC. As with the KFCs, the M&Ms spend time bonding within a faith community.
In addition, small spiritual activities and an occasional service project are incorporated with the fellowship.
Meets 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, September - May
Holds a monthly outing organized by a different family each month
Participates in an offsite retreat at Lutherdale Bible Camp
H2H (6th through 8th grade)
This is St. Paul's confirmation class. Meetings are more frequent, more intensive that the other youth groups, and include weekly pastoral guidance.
Participants learn what it means to be Lutheran through large group lessons, small group discussions, fellowship, and service activities.
Meets 1st, 2nd and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, September - May
Youth participate in service projects, fellowship, spiritual education from
Pastor Brad, and small group bonding with adult and senior high mentors.
Participates in an offsite retreats
Active participation in all fundraising efforts
JCrew (High School)
JCrew is intended to give the freshly confirmed members of the church an opportunity to continue in their faith.
Through activities both within the church and the community the senior high youth gain a better understanding of what it means to be a member of a faith community.
They are given the opportunity to participate more fully in St. Paul's faith community.
Youth participating in JCrew develop strong bonds with each other and with the leaders.
Meets 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, September - May
Group develops and conducts church services throughout the year.
Participates in an offsite retreats and National Youth Gatherings
Active participation in all fundraising efforts
